Introduction to
Holistic coaching
Holistic coaching is a personal development approach that considers the individual as a whole, taking into account their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions. Unlike more targeted approaches, holistic coaching aims to create a harmonious balance among these different aspects of life. Instead of solely focusing on specific goals, it involves exploring the connections between the body, mind, and soul to promote deep and lasting well-being.
This type of coaching encourages the person to develop a deeper awareness of their needs, values, and aspirations. Holistic coaching sessions can include discussions about life goals, stress management, emotional fulfillment, healthy lifestyle choices, and spirituality. By working with a holistic coach, the individual can explore different facets of their being, strengthen their self-confidence, and adopt strategies to live in harmony with all aspects of themselves.

Active listening
Practicing active listening allows us to create an atmosphere of kindness and trust in our conversations. Indeed, this approach promotes communication between two individuals. The listener fully adapts to their interlocutor with empathy and without any preconceptions.
By employing this technique, I would be prompted to ask you questions to explore further into your thoughts, paraphrase your statements to ensure I've understood correctly, and perhaps offer a different perspective on the subject being discussed. I could also pick up on the emotional cues you reveal through your nonverbal communication.
Active listening means focusing on you and your emotions, trying to understand what you feel beyond the words you express. Only 7% of communication relies on language usage, and by using this approach, I also pay attention to the remaining 93%. I will endeavor to be a benevolent mirror for you to analyze your emotions.

Somatic practises
Somatic practices encompass a set of bodily and sensory approaches aimed at exploring body awareness and promoting physical and emotional well-being.
These practices emphasize body awareness, conscious breathing, mindful movement, and sometimes even therapeutic touch. They allow for a better understanding of oneself, stress relief, posture improvement, and the strengthening of the mind-body connection.
Through these practices, you will use your body to unlock emotional knots that may have formed within. You will learn to know yourself better, listen to yourself more attentively, and treat yourself with greater gentleness and awareness.


Expressions
Liberation through the body
We sometimes experience strong emotions that are impossible to communicate through our words. How then can we express them and prevent them from creating physical or emotional turmoil in the long term? We turn to other means of expression.

As we have seen through somatic practices, we can use our bodies to externalize and appease stress or emotion, but that's not all. All means of oral expression, such as conversation and singing; physical expression, like somatic practices, intuitive movement, sports, dance, etc... as well as artistic means, are all mediums that can allow you to channel and relieve your tensions.
If you don't know or don't use your favorite medium, I suggest we find it together and choose an appropriate action plan so that you can enjoy it and express yourself fully.
Bonus:
Energetic practices
In my toolkit, I bring together a variety of energetic and esoteric practices, designed to restore balance and well-being. I work with vibrations through my drum (tam-tam) and my tuning forks with hertz frequencies. These tools act as guides, facilitating relaxation and access to deep meditative states, helping to identify and release blockages.

I also incorporate movement-based energy practices, such as Qi Gong and yoga, which harmonize the body and mind through breath, movement, and full presence. These approaches promote the circulation of vital energy and provide lasting calm and balance.

In parallel, my esoteric tools, such as oracles and dowsing, help to decode subtle messages from the unseen, connecting intuition and the subconscious. Finally, magnetism completes my approach, offering gentle and targeted energetic rebalancing to enhance vitality and inner harmony.
